Fresh insights into the untimely death of Stephen “tWitch” Boss have emerged through a comprehensive autopsy and police report obtained recently.
A thorough postmortem examination determined that Boss had no traces of drugs or alcohol in his system when he died.
The revealed documents also shed light on crucial details provided by Boss’ grieving widow, Allison Holker, during her conversation with the authorities. Holker explicitly stated that, to her knowledge, Boss was not suicidal and had no history of suicide attempts. Moreover, she emphasized that he did not experience any mental health issues, financial troubles, or marital conflicts.
The distressing incident occurred on December 13, 2022, at a hotel in Encino, California, a mere 14 minutes away from Boss’ residence. Subsequently, the Los Angeles County medical examiner officially ruled Boss’ death as caused by a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Authorities confirmed that there were no indications of foul play, leading them to conclude the investigation and close the case.
The West Valley Division officers responded promptly to a distress call from the inn, arriving at approximately 11:20 am local time. They discovered the lifeless body of the 40-year-old man in the bathroom. Insight from motel staff revealed that Boss appeared outwardly composed during check-in the previous night, carrying only an overnight bag.
Following Boss’ unexpected disappearance without his vehicle, Holker promptly alerted the police.
The couple, who celebrated their ninth anniversary before his death, had a cherished family consisting of their daughters, 14-year-old Weslie and three-year-old Zaia, and their son, seven-year-old Maddox. Tragically, their plans to expand their family were abruptly shattered by Boss’ untimely departure.
